Color services and specialty styling upgrades are available separately.

    Processing Times

    • Ready to Ship Collection orders have a turnaround time of 2-7 business days.
    • Signature Wig Collection (Pre-orders)- have a turnaround time of 7-18 business days.
    • Hair Extension orders have a processing time of 7-11 business days.
    • Build a Custom Wig Orders have a turnaround time of 7-18 business days.
    • Wig Maintenance Services have a turnaround time of 3-8 business days after your items are received.

    Care Instructions

    Custom Wigs and Raw Hair Care Instructions

    1. Detangle your wig/ hair extensions from bottom to top before washing using a wide tooth comb or paddle brush.
    2. Wash your extensions every 2/3 weeks using a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Highly Recommend- TREsemme Rich Moisture.
    3. Rinse very thoroughly and allow to drip dry, for best results.
    4. Use a heat protectant spray and/or light serum before styling with heat tools.
